AHPRA Registration
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Current professional indemnity insurance coverage appropriate for HMR services
HMR Accreditation
Completed accredited Home Medication Review training — accreditation through the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy (AACP) or equivalent
